Remote Desktop Manager is an application used to manage all your remote connections and virtual machines. Add, edit, delete, share, organize and find your remote connection quickly.

More automatic login:

Remote Desktop Manager simplifies connection management by facilitating the automatic login of several types of sessions including these new types:

• LogMeIn
• Web site (IE and embedded Firefox)
• Putty (including scripting)

Integrated password managers:

Many people already have their username and password stored in another tool. Some of them prefer to keep their original tools and use them in synergy with Remote Desktop Manager.

By integrating many different password manager, Remote Desktop Manager provides more flexibility and security options for automatic login. The list of supported application is:

• 1Password
• FireFox and Chrome built-in password manager
• KeePass
• LastPass
• Windows Credential Manager

Session Script Tools:

The functionality of Remote Desktop Manager go beyond simply managing remote connections. By integrating management tools, you can run specific commands, actions or scripts to one or more workstations.

By configuring a template tool, you can use it on the fly to initiate a remote session with a merge of parameters from the template and the original configuration.

A dialog is also available to import any interesting script shared among the community. The manager can also install them with one click.

Real-time view of user connections:

Knowing who is connected to a resource can be critical and we know it. Remote Desktop Manager provides this functionality for several types of sessions (RDP, Team Viewer, embedded Putty ...). This information is available directly in the dashboard.

It is also possible to verify if a user is already connected to a computer and show a warning just before connecting.

Enhanced batch edit:

It 's now possible to edit in batch mode more parameters from a list of session:

• General settings (image, description, group...)
• VPN settings
• Credential settings
• Log and monitoring settings

Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager import tool:

For users switching from a competing product to Remote Desktop Manager, the migration can be painful if you already have multiple sessions configured. Using the migration tool included, move to Remote Desktop Manager takes few seconds.

The application can now import your sessions from Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager directly into your data source. Most settings are moved, including usernames, passwords and the inherited properties.

Local Machine credential management:

Offer more opportunities, it is something important to us. That's why we allow many parameters (username, domain, password...) to be machine specific. These parameters will override the default value in the data source. This can be used with the user specific settings already available.

Add-on Manager:

With the growth of the Remote Desktop Manager community, many add-ons were added and it is now important to simplify their management by using the Add-on Manager. You can install, update, delete or search all the available add-on online.

New data sources:

Our latest version offers three new built-in data sources:

• Dropbox
• FTP
• Web

If it's not enough, explore the new possibilities with the Enterprise edition and the data source add-on in our SDK. You can now create your own custom data source and implement your own security model. A mySQL data source is available as a quick start.

Enhanced log trace:

Track, watch and monitor the connection details are important features for us. That's why we added more data in the database log. This information includes the VPN status, the host name, the initial connection mode...

Who, when and how long are now questions easy to answer with the new search log dialog.
